What the site uses

By default, the public site does not install advertising, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. The 3D experience runs in your browser. Images and the main site code are served from the same site. After the page initially loads, the A Mais assistant code is loaded from almatalk.ca.

Contact form

Once delivery is configured, the form requests your name, email, optional phone, area of interest and message. These details are used to respond to the request. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

Operation and security

The server may record technical access data for operation and security. Temporary sending limits help reduce abuse. The administration area uses a session cookie only for authenticated administrators.

Optional external services

WhatsApp and social media links, when configured, take you to external services after your action. These services have their own notices and terms. Opening the A Mais assistant checks availability with AlmaTalk. Starting a conversation requires accepting the displayed notice. The microphone is requested only after that acceptance and your explicit action, with browser permission. Messages and transcripts are available only in the A Mais account in AlmaTalk for assistance by its authorized team, with no scheduled automatic deletion. Usage and credit records are also retained. This widget and its application do not save audio files. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive information.
